Recently, Delilah caught up with Phil Collins who was busy working on the foreign language versions of songs from the latest Disney animated feature “Brother Bear.” Phil said he worked on the music for “Brother Bear” over the past four years at his home in Switzerland, making business trips back to the Disney studios every month or two. For Phil, one of the advantages of making the trip to the Disney studios he said was seeing his fourteen year-old daughter who lives nearby. Phil’s music spans the generations of his children; his eldest children grew up listening to Genesis recording sessions and his younger kids hear their father’s music in Disney animated movie soundtracks. Plus, the music of Phil Collins has been topping the charts for over thirty years.
